Simply put, this system is designed for the windshield repair specialist that demands the best. Utilizing the strongest vacuum capability in the industry and our patented PRISM™ injector with dry vacuum technology, the Maxim™ system will generate a consistently clear repair in half the time of hand operated windshield repair kits.
There are enough supplies provided for approximately 400-500 repairs! This kit also includes long crack repair equipment. Time is money and the Maxim™ adds efficiency without sacrificing quality. The Maxim™ PRISM™ injectors are covered with a limited lifetime warranty.

Ask a QuestionWe are interested in purchasing your kit for our train windows. How well does this kit work with vertical windows as all of the windows on our trains are vertical and are glued in?
The Maxim does work on vertical glass. You would use an adapter that is part of the system. That being said, its not needed if their is any pitch at all on the glass. If you would like to send us a picture of some of the glass you are working on we would be more than happy to advise further....thanks for your question!

It looks like a great system, I'm very interested. But I'm worried as time goes on are you going to be able to get the products you need resin,gloss etc to work with the machine or is all product interchangeable?

How many inches of vacuum can you pull at sea level and what is the max pressure with the pressure pump? Is the vacuum pump separate from the pressure pump? What type of battery powers this unit and will it handle at least 30 repairs a day? Finally how well does your resin match the refractive index? Does it shrink at all over time? Is the bond strong enough that a perfect repair can be guaranteed for life?

Great Question! The Maxim system comes stock with two crack jacks that allow you to repair 4-6" cracks out of the box. If you wanted to increase this length, you just need to purchase more of our crack jacks. Each crack jack allows you to repair an additional 3" in crack length. For example, 6 crack jacks will allow you to repair 18" cracks. You can purchase additional crack jacks here: https://www.gtglass.com/collections/long-crack-repair-tools-1/products/crack-jack
